Rosie is incredibly generous to share her amazing skills and expertise with others. I love my monthly subscription and look forward to my box and class every month. It’s great to learn new skills and have the tools to try new baking projects each month between classes. Today I attended an in-person cupcakes and cocktails event and it was SO FUN and also incredibly helpful. It wasn’t until attending the live class that I realised how I have had the consistency of my buttercream completely wrong, and I probably wouldn’t have worked that out without hands on, in-person advice. On top of that was great cocktails, amazing food, prizes, a goody bag, and the opportunity to buy high quality tools and supplies for incredible discounts. I would 1000% recommend the in-person events for a fun afternoon out with a great bunch of people, and a way to learn skills from an incredibly skilled artist.
