In this bespoke 5 hour face to face session, I will share with you my knowledge and techniques acquired over the last decade in the cake industry. 

During our coaching session we will:

Plus learn the secrets and techniques to create professional looking cakes and cupcakes, so you can charge appropriately and make more profit in your cake business, with my guidance, custom to your ability. 

You will walk away with the skills to create professionally finished cakes and cupcakes, so you are confident to present your cakes, raise your prices and feel good about doing it.

Included in the session is a tall, 6 inch wide cake (in your choice of style) and 12 cupcakes that you will create during the workshop. The cake and cupcakes are pre-prepared, so that you can focus on learning the finer decorating techniques. 

Learn in-house or from the comfort and familiarity of your own kitchen (within Canberra).

Cake and cupcakes as specified above will be provided*.  

*Time permitting, other business ideas can be discussed, or cakes, cupcakes or cookies that you have ready, can also be worked on (let's perfect your client orders together!)

Terms:

Dates are by negotiation and full payment must be made prior to the session.

Cancellation can be made up to 7 days prior to the workshop date. Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the workshop date, however can be postponed for a later date, or transferred to another person.

If you are feeling unwell, please contact us and we will postpone you to a future workshop date.

Confirmation will be made within 24 hours of full payment.
